These terms apply to your use of www.wandr.studio and to any digital product you buy from us, such as The SaaS UX Audit Kit. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. Client design and development projects are covered by their own signed agreements, not by these terms.
We sell premade digital products for product and UX teams: templates, spreadsheets, checklists and guides. They are delivered as instant downloads after payment. We don't sell consultations or custom services through our online store. Product descriptions, file contents and prices are shown on each product page before you buy.
Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our product orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, receipts and applicable sales tax or VAT. Prices are listed in US dollars. Discount codes apply only during the period stated and can't be combined unless we say so.
All sales are final. Because our products are digital files you can download immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
If a file is missing, damaged or won't open, email hello@wandr.studio with your order number within 30 days and we'll send you a working copy. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that can't be waived.
When you buy a product you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own work, including work for your employer or your clients. You may edit the templates and use your filled-in results however you like.
You may not resell, share, sublicense, give away or publish the product files themselves (original or modified), or offer them as part of another template product. WANDR keeps all copyright and other rights in the products.
Our products share methods we use in our own client work, but your results depend on your product, team and how you apply them. Products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, WANDR is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Site content, including text, case studies, images and downloads, belongs to WANDR or our clients and is shared for information only. Don't copy or republish it without permission. Free resources (such as our checklists) follow the same license rules as paid products.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to purchases made while it is posted.
