Pitch Deck Design Services
Behind $100M+
in Closed Rounds

Pitch deck design services for pre-seed to Series A founders who know the difference between a deck that looks good and one that raises money. Strategy-first, investor-focused, and built around how the people on the other side of the table actually make decisions.

“Without Wandr, we would not have successfully launched our product in the short timeframe we had.”

Pitch Deck Design Services Built Around How Investors Actually Decide

Investors see hundreds of decks. Most fail in the first thirty seconds not because the business is weak but because the story does not land clearly enough, fast enough, or with enough evidence to earn the next meeting.

We have designed pitch decks for pre-seed founders building their first institutional story, seed-stage companies preparing for competitive processes, and Series A teams translating product traction into a fundable narrative. Crowdlink used our pitch deck design services to communicate a complex two-sided platform in a way that resonated with investors. They raised $3.2M.

A pitch deck is not a summary of your business. It is a designed argument for why this company, this team, and this moment represent an investment worth making. Getting that argument right requires more than visual design. It requires understanding how investors evaluate risk, what signals build confidence in a founding team, and how to sequence information so the story builds rather than accumulates.

Crowdlink

$3.2MSeed round raised on the prototypes and investor deck we built.

Crowdlink had a business plan and a fundraising timeline. In weeks, we ran interviews with eight people from the target demographic, mapped the journeys, designed and tested the product, and built production-ready prototypes plus the investor deck. They still use the prototypes in pitches today.

"The final design was elegant and exactly what we were looking for. They hit every milestone and delivered on time."ASTON TEAGUE · CO-FOUNDER, CROWDLINK

$4.1MSeed round raised on the prototype and pitch deck we designed.

A fintech targeting "everyday consumers," with three personas written before anyone had spoken to a user. No validated audience. No agreed price. Over two years we ran the interviews, named the buyer, and built the product and design system around them.

Our Pitch Deck Design Process

Every pitch deck engagement starts the same way: we understand your business, your round, and your investors before we design a single slide. A pitch deck built without that foundation produces beautiful slides that do not close meetings.

5 phases →
Phase 01Discover
01

Narrative Audit

We review your existing materials, understand your business model, traction, and competitive position, and identify the narrative gaps that would cause a skeptical investor to disengage. Most founders are too close to their own story to see where it loses the room.

Phase 02Plan
02

Story Architecture

We build the narrative structure: what goes on which slide, in what order, and why. The story should build momentum from the problem through the solution, the market, the traction, the team, and the ask in a sequence that feels inevitable rather than assembled.

Phase 03Design
03

Design & Visual System

We design the deck with a visual system calibrated to your brand and to the expectations of the investor audience you are targeting. Enterprise SaaS investors, consumer investors, and deep tech investors have different aesthetic expectations. The design signals something about your judgment.

Phase 04Deliver
04

Refinement & Investor Readiness

We refine based on feedback, ensure every slide passes the thirty-second test, and prepare the deck for the specific context it will be used in, whether that is an email send, a live presentation, or both.

Phase 05Measure
05

Ongoing Iteration.

Design doesn't stop at launch. We continue working alongside your team to analyze behavior, identify friction, and optimize the experience as your product evolves.

Within the first month, we were able to complete the first iteration of the mobile prototype. Considering the learning curve and the volume of work, we found that impressive. The deliverables are of high quality, which we were also pleased with. The end product is impressive, as well as their entire approach.

Why Wandr?

Pitch Deck Design Services That Close Meetings. Guaranteed.

01 · Vision

Story and design, same team.

Most pitch deck designers are visual executors. Most narrative consultants don't design. We do both. The story architecture that makes investors lean in, and the visual execution that signals your company's judgment and attention to detail.

01
02 · Experience

We know what pre-seed needs, and what Series A doesn't.

We've designed decks for pre-revenue founders building a first institutional story and for post-traction companies running competitive Series A processes. The deck that works at one stage doesn't work at the other, and knowing the difference is most of the job.

02
03 · Terms

We stay until you're getting meetings.

If you complete the engagement and your deck isn't getting you investor meetings, we keep working at no additional cost until it does. We agree on what success looks like at kickoff, while you're actively running your raise.

The difference
Same product. Experience users actually understand.

Buildbox came to us with a no-code game development platform used by millions — but with friction that was costing them activation. Here's what changed.

BeforeAfter
Before WANDR
  • Users struggled to complete basic tasks on a platform used by millions
  • Non-technical creators dropped off before reaching meaningful progress
  • No UX strategy or research foundation guiding product decisions
  • Leadership making product decisions based on assumptions, not behavior
After WANDR
  • 41% more users reached their first success milestone
  • Full UX/UI redesign adopted across product and engineering teams
  • New experience framework replacing assumption-based decision making
  • Multi-phase partnership that grew from a UX audit into full product strategy

Who this is for

You have a fundable business. You know it.The deck is not communicating it.

We work with Pre-seed to Series A founders who have spent enough time with investors to know that their deck is not landing the way their conversations do. The business makes sense when you explain it. The deck loses people before you get to the part that matters.  Your investors are making a judgment about you and your company in the first four minutes of looking at your deck. The question is whether your pitch deck gives them a reason to keep reading.

Pitch Deck Design Services
Frequently asked.

Click any question to expand. If yours isn't here, write to us.

  1. Pitch deck design services cover narrative architecture, story sequencing, slide design, visual system development, and investor-readiness review. At WANDR every engagement opens with a narrative audit before any design work, because a well-designed deck built on the wrong story still doesn't close meetings.
  2. A pitch deck is a designed argument for investment, not a summary of your business. It answers the questions investors ask, in the order they ask them, with evidence at each step. A presentation can afford to be comprehensive; a deck can't. Any slide that doesn't move an investor closer to yes should be cut or restructured.
  3. Most pitch deck design engagements run one to three weeks, depending on how much narrative work is needed alongside the design. Founders with a tested story move fastest. Founders still working out the framing take longer, because that's the part that determines whether the deck works.
  4. Pre-seed through Series A. A pre-seed deck is built around vision, team, and problem clarity. A Series A deck is built around traction, unit economics, and market position. The evidence investors expect changes at each stage, so the structure changes with it.
  5. Every slide has to pass a thirty-second test: someone who's never heard of your company should understand it with no verbal explanation. Most decks fail on the market, solution, and traction slides. This matters because DocSend data shows the average investor spends 3 minutes 44 seconds alone with a deck before deciding on a meeting.
  6. Pitch deck pricing depends on how much narrative work is needed and how many slides the deck runs. Rebuilding an existing deck with a solid story costs less than developing the story from scratch. We scope after the narrative audit, since that's what tells us which one you have.
  7. Yes, and it's how most engagements start. We audit the narrative first, identify the structural and visual gaps, then rebuild. Founders who've already pitched usually bring useful signal — where investors got confused, which slide drew the most questions — and that shapes the revision.
  8. There's evidence it does. Sequel's analysis of 17,500 pitch decks found funded startups scored 38% higher on design than unfunded ones. That doesn't mean design causes funding, but a deck an investor can read in four minutes has a real advantage over one they have to work at.
  9. Templates work when your story is already clear and you need it presented cleanly. An agency is worth it when the narrative itself needs work, when you're raising competitively, or when you've pitched and aren't converting. The deck gets shown across roughly 58 investor conversations in a typical seed raise, so the cost is spread across every one.
  10. Yes. Many founders come for the deck and end up doing both, because a deck backed by a working prototype is more convincing than a deck alone. ModFi's $4.1M seed and Crowdlink's $3.2M both closed on a prototype and deck we designed together.
