A B2B Web Design Agency
for Complex Products That Need Simplicity.

WANDR designs B2B websites around how buying committees actually decide, not around what a template makes easy. A decade of research-led work for SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, and health tech companies with complex offerings and long sales cycles.

A B2B Web Design Agency Built on a Decade of Simplifying Complexity

Ten years. 500+ products shipped. Long enough to know that a B2B website has one job and most of them do a different one. They are built to look credible to the founder and the board. They are almost never built for the six to ten people who have to agree before anything gets bought.

We work across SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, health tech, and cybersecurity. Different categories, same failure: strong products with sites that describe features to an audience that is trying to decide whether you understand their problem.

We don't start with your brand guidelines. We start with your analytics and your buyers, then design the information hierarchy around the committee that has to say yes.

Trust ID (Tracer Labs)

10 months From an idea with no interface to three brands, three sites, and enterprise pilot conversations.

Ex-IBM founders had a decentralized identity and consent layer and nothing an investor, a user, or an enterprise buyer could see. No flows. No prototype. No brand. No site. We ran twelve user interviews before designing anything, built three brands and three websites from zero, and made cryptographic infrastructure legible enough that nine of twelve users called the core concept a game-changer. Tracer Labs joined NVIDIA Inception in September 2025.

Medtrainer

+23%Inbound leads in the first month after relaunch.

MedTrainer's compliance platform served 15,000+ healthcare organizations, and its site couldn't explain it. Roughly 43,000 landing sessions produced about 40,000 drop-offs. Three product lines, one undifferentiated page. We ran five interviews, restructured the IA around three product pillars, added an industry selector so each buyer sees their own tools, and shipped 12 responsive templates on one design system. In a 5-second test, all three participants described what the product does before reading a word.

"WANDR took a genuinely complex platform and turned it into a website that finally communicates what we do. Visitors understand the product at a glance now, and that showed up fast in the demand we saw."Evan Fehler, Head of Marketing, MedTrainer

Data first. Design second.

Every B2B web design engagement starts the same way. We read your analytics, talk to your buyers, audit the current site, and find the friction that is costing you pipeline. Then we design against that evidence rather than against an opinion in the room.

5 phases →
Phase 01Discover
01

Diagnose

We audit the site against B2B conversion benchmarks and go looking for where buyers leave. On MedTrainer that meant Google Analytics, competitor review, and Fullstory session replay, which surfaced dead clicks on elements users expected to be links and almost no movement between pages.

Phase 02Plan
02

Research the Committee

Interviews with the people who actually evaluate you, not just the person who signed the contract. We segment by role and intent rather than firmographics, because the economic buyer, the technical evaluator, the end user, and your internal champion each need something different from the same page.

Phase 03Design
03

Strategy & Information Architecture

A prioritized roadmap tied to pipeline outcomes. Messaging architecture, card sorting, buyer journey mapping, and SEO structure agreed before a single page is designed. This is where a broad product gets a navigable shape.

Phase 04Deliver
04

Design & Prototyping

Conversion-focused pages, trust signals placed before the ask, and a demo flow built for momentum. Everything a buyer touches is designed deliberately, on a design system your team can extend rather than a set of one-off pages.

Phase 05Measure
05

Build, Handoff & Measure

We build, or hand off to your engineers with redlines, an interaction guide, and design QA through the build. Then we track demo requests, lead quality, time on page, and bounce rate. If it is not moving the number, we change it.

What our clients say
Verified Clutch reviews.

Their ability to understand our unique business was very impressive. We have a fairly complex business model and were concerned that they wouldn't be able to understand it enough to create an effective design — but they quickly built an understanding of who we are.

They were honest and caring. We pushed them really hard about halfway through for some pretty significant changes, and their engagement manager did a good job of communicating with us and staying involved.

The communication and support were top-notch, and that made for an enjoyable experience. We're already getting traffic and seeing growth in our marketing funnels, and I attribute most of that to their deliverables and the fact that they were on point with their initial research.

Why Wandr?

A B2B Website Has to Generate Pipeline.

And We Guarantee It.

01 · THE TEAM

Designers who have shipped complex B2B products.

You work directly with senior people who have designed for compliance platforms, cybersecurity, wealth planning, and enterprise software. No juniors learning on your category. No account manager between you and the work.

01
02 · THE METHOD

Research-driven, not brand-driven.

We start with your buyers, not your brand guidelines. Every decision is grounded in observed behavior and validated before the build. On MedTrainer we ran a 5-second comprehension test on the new direction before a line of production code was written, because a broad platform that reads as vague is a pipeline problem, not a taste problem.

02
03 · Terms

Performance guarantee.

If your B2B website doesn't improve conversions by at least 15% within your first year post-launch, we keep working at no additional cost until it does. We agree on the success metrics at kickoff so there is no ambiguity later.

03
The difference

Same product. An experience that earns the ask before it makes it.

Zoe Financial came to us with real product-market fit and a curated network of top-5% financial advisors, and an onboarding flow that lost people before they ever reached one. In a category where trust is the entire conversion, the site asked for sensitive financial details before it had earned them. Here's what changed.

BeforeAfter
Before WANDR
  • Self-scheduling conversion stuck near 8%, against the company's own 20% target
  • Onboarding asked for sensitive financial details early and read as a plain form
  • A brand that didn't signal authority in a category built entirely on credibility
  • Three audiences, prospects, advisors, and Zoe's internal team, served by one voice that served none of them fully
After WANDR
  • +175% self-scheduling conversion, from 8% to 22%, clearing the 20% target
  • Onboarding resequenced so value and context come before the ask, validated across two rounds of user testing
  • A tailored path, message, and set of proof points for each of the three audiences
  • A documented design system across site, onboarding, and the advisor and admin dashboard

Who this is for

You understand that your website is the highest-volume sales rep you have, working every hour without a script, and that it is currently losing deals you never hear about. Every unclear headline, every abandoned demo form, every buyer who read three pages and left is a competitor's pipeline instead of yours.

We work with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Product, and founders at B2B companies whose product is genuinely harder to explain than a landing page allows. Whether you're a Series B company rebuilding go-to-market presence, an enterprise team modernizing a legacy platform, or a deep tech company whose category doesn't exist yet, we start with the committee that has to agree and design backward from there.

Frequently asked.

Click any question to expand. If yours isn't here, write to us.

  1. A consumer site optimizes for a fast decision by one person. A B2B website has to support a buying committee, and Gartner puts the average at six to ten decision-makers. A site designed for one persona fails the other nine.  Three things follow from that:  The site serves four roles at once. The economic buyer evaluating ROI, the technical evaluator assessing fit, the end user imagining their day-to-day, and the internal champion who has to sell the decision upward. Each arrives with different questions and a different threshold for trust. Depth has to be navigable, not hidden. Messaging that speaks to everyone equally speaks to no one specifically. The information hierarchy has to surface the right proof at the right depth for each role. The cycle is long, so the site does the early work alone. Two-thirds of the buying journey happens before anyone contacts sales, which means the website is doing the qualifying whether you designed it to or not.
  2. Usually because the traffic is fine and everything after the landing page is not. MedTrainer's old site drew roughly 43,000 landing sessions and produced about 40,000 drop-offs. It was excellent at being found and poor at holding attention.  The three patterns we find most often:  The product isn't legible. A buyer decides in seconds whether you understand their problem. If your homepage lists features instead of leading with what the product does for someone in their role, they leave before they reach the proof. Trust signals arrive after the ask. Before someone books a demo they need to know that you understand their problem, that you have solved it for companies like theirs, and that you can be trusted with the decision. Case studies and specific industry proof have to appear before the form, not on a separate page nobody visits. The demo flow was built by developers, not conversion specialists. Too many fields, an unclear value exchange, and no momentum toward the ask. A well-built flow reduces cognitive load and makes booking a call feel like the obvious next move.
  3. Four things move the number more than anything else:  How complex the product is, and how many product lines the site has to make legible at once. How many roles on the buying committee need their own path and proof points. How much primary research is required. If you already have analytics and access to customers, we move faster. Whether development and migration are in scope, or design and developer-ready handoff only.  We scope and price before work starts, and we'll say directly if a smaller engagement would serve you better than a full redesign.
  4. Most B2B website redesigns run one quarter from kickoff to launch. MedTrainer's full engagement, covering research, a new information architecture, a design system, and 12 responsive templates across three breakpoints, ran a single quarter.  The variable is research depth and product complexity, not page count. A single-product site with clean content moves faster than a multi-pillar platform serving several industries, which is why we scope after the audit rather than before it.
  5. Look for evidence of pipeline, not evidence of taste. Most portfolios show finished screens. Very few show whether the screens changed anything, and that is what you are actually buying.  The right B2B web design agency starts with your buyers before touching your brand, understands how buying committees make decisions, and measures itself against pipeline outcomes rather than page views.  Five questions worth asking before you sign:  Can you show me before-and-after conversion data from a B2B client? Screenshots are easy to produce. Verified metrics are not. Have you designed for a product as complex as ours? Consumer app experience does not transfer cleanly to a multi-pillar enterprise platform. What happens when the designs reach engineering? Handoff failures are the most common way agency engagements go wrong. Ask specifically how they work with your developers. Who is actually doing the work? Senior people in the pitch and juniors on the project is common. Ask who is assigned. What does success look like, and when do we measure it? An agency unwilling to name a metric before starting is unlikely to be measured against one afterward.
  6. An in-house team knows your product deeply, which is valuable, and they are usually competing with the product roadmap for their own time. Web work slips because something always ships first.  A freelancer is the right call for contained work when you already know what needs to be built. Lower cost, less overhead, and for a set of pages it is often sensible.  An agency makes sense when the problem isn't fully defined, when the work spans research through build, or when a complex product needs restructuring rather than restyling. Most B2B redesigns need research, information architecture, visual design, front-end, and migration planning, which is more skill sets than one person carries.  If your budget only supports a freelancer, hire a good one and scope tightly. That beats an underfunded agency engagement.
  7. Yes, and that is most of the practice. We have designed for healthcare compliance SaaS (MedTrainer), wealth planning fintech (Zoe Financial), enterprise cybersecurity (Tenable, Vectrix), ecommerce management software (Sticky.io), and privacy infrastructure (Tracer Labs).  We adapt to product maturity and sales cycle rather than running one playbook. A Series B company rebuilding go-to-market presence and an enterprise team modernizing a legacy platform have different constraints, though the underlying method is the same.
  8. SEO is handled during information architecture, not bolted on afterward. URL structure, heading hierarchy, page depth, and content planning are all decisions we make while shaping the site, because they are structural rather than cosmetic.  A redesign can cost you rankings, and that is a planning failure rather than an inevitability. We map content and plan redirects before the build. On a 326-page migration for another client we preserved more than 90% of search equity and recovered the remainder within four weeks.
  9. Both. Our team can build it, or we hand off to your developers with redlines, an interaction guide, and design QA through the build so what ships matches what was designed. On MedTrainer we designed and handed off to Goji Labs, who developed it.  Engineering is in the conversation before design decisions are locked, so technical constraints shape the work instead of surfacing during implementation. When a decision carries real build cost, we flag it while it is still cheap to change.
  10. Results vary by product and starting point, and the ones we can document are specific. MedTrainer saw 23% more inbound leads in the first month after relaunch. Zoe Financial's self-scheduling conversion rose 175%, from 8% to 22%.  We measure demo requests, lead quality, time on page, bounce rate, and sales cycle efficiency, not traffic alone, and we agree on the primary metric at kickoff. Then we back it: if your website doesn't improve conversions by at least 15% within your first year post-launch, we keep working at no additional cost until it does.
