The best B2B SaaS UX design agencies combine research with real experience in complex products: onboarding, dashboards, permissions and design systems. Eleken, Cieden, UX studio and WANDR focus mainly on SaaS product work. MetaLab, Clay and Ramotion suit later-stage companies with bigger budgets. Below are 10 agencies, compared on focus, Clutch rating, location and starting budget.

We're WANDR, one of the agencies on this list. We've kept our entry in the same format as everyone else's. The list is alphabetical, not ranked.

How we picked

B2B SaaS has its own design problems. Buyers aren't the only users, workflows are long, and one confusing screen can stall a deal or a renewal. We looked for agencies that show evidence on six things:

  • B2B SaaS depth. Case studies and client reviews about software products, not only marketing sites.
  • Onboarding and activation work. Projects that moved time-to-value, activation or adoption.
  • Dashboards and complex data. Experience making dense data and multi-role workflows usable.
  • Design systems. The ability to build a system your engineers can actually ship with.
  • Engagement model. Fixed projects, embedded teams or subscriptions, and whether they build as well as design.
  • Price transparency. A public minimum budget or rate, on Clutch or their own site.

Ratings, review counts and minimums come from Clutch profiles and agency websites at the time of writing. They change, so confirm them on a call.

How to choose a B2B SaaS UX agency

Start with the problem, not the portfolio. A stalled activation rate, a dashboard nobody understands and an inconsistent UI across teams are different jobs. Ask each agency for a case study that matches yours, with a before-and-after metric.

Check for product work, not just websites. Several strong studios mostly do brand and marketing sites. Read their Clutch reviews and look for software products, user research and design systems.

Match the engagement model to your team. If you have engineers, a design-only partner is fine. If you don't, look at agencies that also build, like Arounda, MetaLab or Pixelmatters. If you need ongoing design capacity, subscription models like Eleken or UX studio fit better than a fixed project.

Be honest about budget. Minimums on this list run from $10,000 to $100,000+. A $50,000 minimum studio won't take a $15,000 audit, and a cheap project rarely includes proper research.

Ask who does the work. Find out which designers will be on your account, how much research is included, and how handoff to engineering works.

Run a small first project. An audit or a pilot sprint shows you how an agency thinks before you commit to a full redesign.

Not sure where your product is losing users?

Before you hire anyone for a redesign, find out where the friction is. WANDR's $499 UX audit reviews your product's key flows and gives you a prioritized list of fixes. If you'd rather talk it through, book a call with our team.
